    They told me my appointment was at 10:30 in the morning, and I double checked before I hung up so I know for certain it was 10:30. I showed up 6 minutes early after driving 40 minutes to get there. When I arrived they told me I couldn't be seen because my appointment was at 10:15. So either whoever scheduled me put it in or wrong or they changed my appointment without notifying me. Receptionist that spoke to me was very rude, and not apologetic or understanding at all. Will definitely be going somewhere else for my surgery. Totally shocked by the complete lack of quality and professionalism at this office.
