  Teri was awesome. The call center would not really assist but Teri called me and made a deal. If it wasn’t for Teri I would have gone elsewhere

  I had a unit here for about 4/5 months. Everyone I ever spoke with here was incredibly nice and professional. Eraka is also a rep for scentsy and always had wax melt samples out and the office smelling good. Would definitely recommend using smart stop. Another thing that I thought was pretty cool is the courtesy call they would give you the day before the 5 day period was over and you would be charged a late fee. Will definitely get a unit here again if I ever need to.
