  I recently had this company come to my home for a furnace cleaning/maintenance. My furnace was noisy last winter, very old as well. They ended up finding that I had a small crack in my heat exchanger and that this will cause carbon monoxide to leak from the furnace into my home. They gave me an estimate for a new furnace, I shopped around, I got a fair rate. They scheduled an installation the next week. Came when they told me they would, finished the job the same day and were very clean and courteous. Recommend you call them, good guys.

  Had them come by to tune-up our A/C systems before the summer hits. The technician, was timely and worked conscientiously. I felt he was very thorough and even advised us on a few parts that may need replacing down the line. I am so impressed with Done Heating & Cooling Services. After my hvac guy of 4 years was unreachable, I needed to find another local company to do business with, and Done has a great reputation and excellent reviews online. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in within two hours from our first contact. Technician called before showing up and was super-nice and professional when we met. He did a thorough job of servicing my home. This was a fantastic first experience with a company I hope to do business with for many years to come.
