  I left a review yesterday, and it was this store, but it was the wrong store, and if it wasnt under this name , which is my family then it is under D. same last name, I would like to apologize, as Ive never used this bakery , so the review was unfair, however, when i did get to the one i actually wrote the review for they said (not knowing what type of review or any review at all was left) that they really like that bakery, it is big and the people nice. When I cancelled my order from the 14 mile store they were right,I felt bad ive never cancelled a cake before, it wasn't started yet, but the cupcakes, i should have already picked up, they were very nice about it. so if you see a 3 star and its for the 14 mile store, please disregard for that store. EVERYTHING I did right is correct, nut, it is only correct for the Dequindre south of 12 mile in Warren (didn't know they had 2 in Warren) store. The lady did the cupcakes on the fly for me, she misunderstood i wanted 6 choc. / 6 yellow, and the white whippy looks like what came out of the Peeps if real.. lol. instead of peaks of ridges swirled around, then peeps on top, no the peeps do not take away the swirly effect, because they had every color under the rainbow in the counter and they all stood up ;looked great peeps and all. but she did it fast and nice and what more can ask for TODAY, now Friday when I pick up his bunny cakes again all white as the colored especially red frosting makes everyone's stomach hurt, and this is no big secret , I started to explain, but they stopped me and finished the sentence for me, so they(people at kroger) too know when that frosting is the deep deep colors it, is not good for anyone's stomach. I love their cakes/cupcakes and the whippy topping every one always comments on how good the cakes, and frosting are, it is just after a few parties where people told me (how embarrassing) that they and their children were in pain, & other digestive issues , i started ordering only white , or NEVER red or purple, and if any other colors , i have them spray on or make extremely light whatever color, and it helps a lot... so again, if you see a 3 star, very long review about a woman buying 3 cakes a birthday every year and how from 2004-2009/10 it was 5 star, for one child, that's me and it belongs w/ the kroger by the universal Mall, not this one.. thank you!! I am giving the 14 mile a 4 star because yesterday when I called to order, the lady was short w/me and in the middle of me speaking to her, she started talking to someone else . i didn't know if she was referring to me or what? so i kept on explaining until she said , hold on a minute, and i had to ask. who me? i mean it was a colleague so I think my conversation should have come first.. or at the very least I should have been made aware of another conversation, not about me or my cake needs, was taking place and put on hold.. RUDE!!
