  It is with a heavy heart that I must leave such a poor review. After using this company for 5 years I took my serger to be repaired. First it took longer because they couldn't find the part. Then they gave me a part that was not intended for my machine and tried to show me how to rig it so it would work. I refused to keep this part so we had an agreement that if I purchased the right part they would reimburse me the cost plus shipping which they did. I finally get it back home and it's abnormally loud and cuts off my thread with anything over 1 layer of fabric. I take it back again to be yelled at by the repair man and to be told I'm using my machine of 8 years wrong, they also expected me to take my machine to another repair man in Detroit ( a 25 minute drive). After getting the new guys info I left with my machine to get home and find that the so called repair man put the looper on to high on the shaft so it hit the metal plate above it and shredded the thread. That simple of a fix, but he was too busy yelling at me that he couldn't look at it to actually see he was in the wrong. I told the owner he shouldn't allow that man to talk to his customers like that, he apologized and said he usually doesn't speak with the customers. Apparently he was ticked that I kept bringing my machine back but if he only fixed it right the first time I wouldn't of had to bring it back so many times.
